My partner and I had a beautiful spa package at Nourish Day Spa for our anniversary. The therapists are really lovely and welcoming and the massages were amazing. The building is also beautiful and it was so nice walking out of the warm, cozy room to the cool, misty forest with the scent of wooden fireplaces burning nearby. I'll definitely be back! Especially since I saw on the menu they have vegan facials!

We did the Aromatic Body Rejuvenation. It was fantastic! After the body scrub and body mask, my skin was super smooth. Jen and Jess then proceeded with the massage. I informed Jen that I preferred a firmer massage like a deep tissue massage, and she delivered it - spectacularly. Honestly, one of the best massages I've been to! I give 5 stars for the entire experience. Their service and treatments were extraordinary! My husband enjoyed it very much as well.

My husband and I had the couples aromatic body rejuvenation package with Stacey and Jess. They were both so professional and lovely. The 2 hour treatment was pure bliss and we left floating. Highly recommend.

I visited this place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and even before we arrived, the staff kindly guided us online and recommended the perfect course for us. We received all the services privately in a cozy room, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and pleasant to talk to. During the massage, they constantly checked in about the pressure and asked if there were any areas I wanted more focus on. They even prepared a small birthday gift for us, which was a lovely touch! And most importantly—the massage itself felt like a trip to heaven. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Nourish for many years now. Why? Because: 1. It is a little sanctuary nestled in the hills 2. It has this warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you walk in the door 3. The rooms are luxurious, warm and cozy 4. The therapists are very experienced and friendly and they will tweak your massage to whatever you want or your body needs 5. The therapists regularly check in with you to ensure you are comfortable and the massage pressure is just right 6. Be prepared to get spoilt, pampered and if you are up for it, some remedial massage to remove your body’s knots 7. Nourish is an integral part of my wellbeing and body care, especially so, given I had some back disc issues in the past 8. I always leave feeling very relaxed and grateful for a most wonderful massage Stacey, the owner of many years, has honed her centre to be an extremely calm and peaceful environment, where you can get some much needed me time out and body care …..Fabulous for the body, mind and spirit!
